Leadership is a relational practice that is ever evolving. Our Leadership & Goal Attainment course provides a solid framework for learning how relational leadership is not just a theory or a buzzword, but a way of managing through relationship-building to bring out the very best in someone. This course will help you define your “why”, learn ways to set and achieve your goals. While it can be difficult to set truly meaningful and motivational goals, it is one of the most essential steps to success. Even more importantly, setting, working toward and achieving measurable goals is how we all grow personally while contributing to organizational success.

- Microsoft Office 2013 or higher. Also, you could use a general Word Processing application to save and open Microsoft Office formats (.doc, .docx, .xls, .xlsx, .ppt, .pptx)
- Internet Browsers - Google Chrome is highly recommended
- Cookies MUST be enabled
- Pop-ups MUST be allowed (Pop-up Blocker disabled)
- The Kindle Reader App or VitalSource Bookshelf App are needed for many of our courses (No special equipment needed. This can be downloaded for FREE onto your computer.)
- PowerPoint Viewer (if you do not have PowerPoint)
- Adobe PDF Reader
